How ConceptViz uses cookies and similar technologies.

This Cookie Policy explains how ConceptViz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and related technologies on conceptviz.app. Continuing to browse does not by itself constitute consent to non-essential cookies. Before introducing advertising, we will add a consent management tool to request separate consent from visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland before personalized ads are served or non-essential cookies are set. Visitors will be able to withdraw consent at any time through that tool. Advertising and this consent tool are not currently active on ConceptViz.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences, secure your session, and understand which features people use most.
We also use local storage and similar technologies that function like cookies.

You cannot disable these without breaking the Service.
Remember your locale, theme, and other UI choices so you don’t have to reconfigure every visit. You may disable them in your browser, but some personalization will be lost.

Analytics data is aggregated where practical and is not used to identify specific classrooms or students.
When an optional chat widget loads, its provider may set cookies to maintain a support session and remember your chat status. Other messaging features may remember whether an announcement has been dismissed.
Affonso may set a first-party cookie to recognize visits from affiliate links and attribute subsequent purchases to the referring partner. The referral cookie is configured for 30 days.
ConceptViz may display ads from Google and other third-party vendors. When ads are shown, these vendors may set advertising cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure ads based on visits to ConceptViz and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
You can turn off personalized Google ads in My Ad Center and manage participating vendors' personalized advertising through YourAdChoices or Your Online Choices. These choices may reduce personalization without removing all ads. See how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.
These advertising technologies are separate from Google Sign-In. We do not use account data received through Google Sign-In for advertising or provide it to advertising vendors. See Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
The services below are used for website measurement, support, referrals, payments, and security. Loading a service does not mean it sets cookies on every visit. Some use browser storage or process website events without tracking cookies. Possible future advertising is described in Section 3.

You can block or delete cookies and clear other site storage through your browser. For services with their own privacy controls, use the links in Section 4; advertising choices are linked in Section 3. Where consent is required, browser controls do not replace our obligation to obtain it.

If you block essential cookies, signed-in features may stop working, including login, generation, and diagram downloads.
Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal. Standards for responding are still evolving, so ConceptViz currently does not change behavior based on DNT signals. You can control tracking through the cookie settings described above.
We may revise this Cookie Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change whenever we post a new version.
