These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to ConceptViz (“the Service”), an AI-powered tool that helps users create educational, scientific, and technical visuals. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ConceptViz.
ConceptViz lets you describe a concept, system, process, or diagram in plain English and returns generated visuals for slides, worksheets, documentation, and planning. The Service may also include credit packs, membership options, an API, and related tools as we make them available.
ConceptViz outputs are AI-generated reference materials. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, mislabeled, visually misleading, or unsuitable for your specific use case. The Service does not provide professional engineering, medical, legal, safety, construction, electrical, or compliance advice.
You are responsible for reviewing generated diagrams, labels, dimensions, wiring, component values, formulas, procedures, safety instructions, and any other technical or factual content before relying on, publishing, teaching, building, installing, testing, or distributing them. For safety-critical, regulated, hazardous, clinical, construction, laboratory, electrical, mechanical, or real-world hardware use, you must obtain review from a qualified professional and follow applicable laws, codes, standards, and manufacturer documentation.
Generated circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, lab diagrams, medical visuals, scientific illustrations, and similar outputs are provided for education, communication, and planning only unless independently verified. ConceptViz does not guarantee that generated content is correct, complete, safe, code-compliant, build-ready, installation-ready, clinically accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify contact@conceptviz.app of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing logins or reselling access is prohibited.
- A free account is one that has never completed a successful, non-refunded paid purchase on ConceptViz.
- New accounts may receive a small registration gift credit balance (for example, two credits). Gift credits are for evaluation; they expire according to the rules shown in the product or at purchase/grant time.
- Free-account generations include a ConceptViz brand watermark. Free accounts may not use diagrams commercially, as described in our License & Commercial Use policy.
- We no longer offer a separate free “preview generation” program without using credits.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases of diagram credits (and related product features as described at checkout).
- Credits are consumed when generations or paid tools succeed. Credits used for successful work are non-refundable except as required by the Refund Policy.
- Unless we state otherwise, purchased credits do not expire solely because a membership period ends.
- Yearly membership is an annual subscription. It renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime via the billing portal or by contacting us before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period when you cancel auto-renewal.
- Membership features and credits included with Yearly are described on the pricing page and at checkout.
- Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription), subject to the offer terms shown at checkout (including any founding-seat or time-limited offers).
- Lifetime does not auto-renew. Credits and features granted with Lifetime follow the product description at the time of purchase.
- If you already have an Education or Community credit grant, or equivalent manual education access, we keep that existing grant. Those accounts continue to receive credit-pack-level generation rights as described in the License policy. They do not automatically receive Yearly or Lifetime membership benefits unless those products are purchased separately.
- New Education and Creator applications, if approved, receive a personal one-time discount code for one eligible purchase. Approval or receiving a code does not grant watermark-free generation, commercial rights, membership, API, Bulk, or other paid features.
- After you complete a successful purchase with or without that discount, the product you bought controls credits, features, and license rights.
- Education is 40% off one eligible purchase (you pay 60%). Creator is 30% off one eligible purchase (you pay 70%). The code expires 60 days after issuance and does not stack with another discount on the same checkout.
- For Yearly membership, the discount applies only to the first invoice. Later renewals are billed at the then-current list price.
- Existing Education or Community credit grants may be limited, time-bound, or revoked if eligibility ends or these Terms are violated. New discount codes may expire, be revoked for policy reasons, or remain unused.
- Taxes or payment-processing fees may apply. All charges are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, credit costs, and feature availability may change; the amounts shown at checkout control for that purchase.
- Refund eligibility is defined in our Refund Policy. A full refund of a purchase means that purchase no longer counts as a successful paid purchase for free-vs-paid classification under these Terms and the License policy.
ConceptViz is designed for educational, scientific, technical, and professional visual content. Your use of ConceptViz is also subject to our Content Policy. You may not use the Service to create, upload, edit, store, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or outside the intended purpose of the Service.
You may not use ConceptViz to generate or edit:
- Pornographic, erotic, sexually explicit, fetish, or adult-entertainment content
- Nude, sexualized, or photorealistic depictions of sensitive body parts
- Explicit external genital anatomy, including but not limited to penis, vulva, clitoris, glans, foreskin, labia, scrotum, or similar content, even if described as medical, clinical, educational, or anatomical
- Edits that remove educational labels, annotations, arrows, captions, or explanatory context from sensitive anatomical images
- Content involving minors in nude, sexual, exploitative, or unsafe contexts
- Hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, or illegal content
- Content that infringes third-party rights or attempts to impersonate, deceive, or defraud others
- Prompts, uploads, or workflows intended to bypass, probe, reverse engineer, or evade our safety systems
- Student personally identifiable information (PII) in prompts, uploads, or generated content
- Resale, shared logins, or misrepresentation of ConceptViz diagrams as manually drafted work
Medical, scientific, or educational wording does not automatically make content acceptable. We may block, remove, review, or restrict content when it appears to create payment, legal, platform, or safety risk.
We may use automated and manual moderation systems to review prompts, uploaded images, generated images, edit instructions, metadata, and account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove stored images, revoke access, limit features, or deny refunds if we believe a user has violated these Terms or attempted to bypass safety controls.
- You retain rights to the diagrams you create, subject to the License & Commercial Use policy.
- Commercial use is limited as stated in the License policy: free accounts (no successful non-refunded payment) may not use diagrams commercially; paid accounts and accounts with an active grandfathered Education grant may use diagrams commercially within those rules. An Education or Creator discount approval is not a paid account.
- Free-account diagrams include a brand watermark; removing or obscuring that watermark does not grant commercial rights.
- ConceptViz does not train its internal models on your private prompts or images, but we may store logs and related data long enough to operate the Service, troubleshoot abuse or quality issues, and enforce these Terms.
- You are responsible for reviewing diagrams before showing, publishing, building from, or distributing them and for ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights.
Classroom use covers non-commercial teaching activities with your own students. Commercial use includes selling digital resources, publishing textbooks, marketing tutoring businesses, paid courses, marketplace listings, or distributing diagrams beyond your class for commercial advantage. Free accounts are limited to personal study and classroom evaluation as described in the License policy.
Billing is handled by trusted payment processors. Refund eligibility is defined in our Refund Policy.
- Yearly membership: cancel auto-renewal in the billing portal or by emailing contact@conceptviz.app before the next renewal date.
- Credit packs and Lifetime: one-time purchases; refunds follow the Refund Policy.
- An Education or Creator discount applies to one successful eligible checkout. A Yearly discount does not reduce later renewal invoices.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access until resolved.
ConceptViz is provided “as is.” We may change features, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the Service without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, network providers, or third-party AI infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse credits, or endanger others. You may terminate your account at any time; outstanding fees remain payable. Upon termination you may lose access to stored diagrams and history on our servers according to our retention practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ConceptViz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for decisions you make using generated diagrams, including decisions involving education, lab safety, medical information, electrical wiring, engineering design, construction, manufacturing, installation, compliance, or real-world hardware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of ConceptViz after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
