Summary: ConceptViz grants commercial rights only to active paid subscribers. Free or trial accounts may generate diagrams for personal study and classroom evaluation, but they cannot sell, publish, or distribute those images commercially.

1. Purpose

ConceptViz is an AI diagram assistant for U.S. educators who need clear visuals for lesson plans, labs, assessments, and district resources. These licensing terms explain how you may use the diagrams you create on the platform.

2. Rights by Plan

Free Preview & Trial Accounts

Commercial use: Not permitted
Allowed: Personal study, internal classroom experiments, sharing inside your school’s LMS for evaluation
Restrictions: Diagrams must keep the ConceptViz watermark and may not be sold, bundled, or given to others outside your immediate classroom

Paid Subscriptions (Standard Teacher, Pro Teacher)

Commercial use: Granted while your subscription is active
Scope: You may remove the watermark and use diagrams in paid curriculum, tutoring materials, marketplace listings (TpT, district portals, etc.), and public marketing
Survival: Commercial rights remain in place for diagrams generated during an active subscription, even if you later cancel, provided you complied with these terms when the image was generated
Seat-based: Each subscription is for one educator. District-wide rights require a separate agreement

5. Prohibited Content & Uses

Regardless of plan level you agree not to:

Generate imagery that is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful to students
Attempt to extract or disclose our underlying AI stack or training data
Resell access to ConceptViz or present the service as your own
Use diagrams to mislead students or the public about safety-critical procedures

Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

6. Attribution

Attribution is optional for paying users but appreciated (e.g., “Diagram created with ConceptViz”). Free users must keep the watermark intact when sharing outside their lesson prep workspace.

7. Reporting & Takedowns

If you believe a ConceptViz diagram infringes your rights:

Email contact@conceptviz.app with the image, prompt, and your ownership claim.
We will review and respond within two business days.
Confirmed infringements will be removed, and related accounts may be suspended.

8. Term & Termination

Free-plan licenses end immediately if you breach these terms
Paid-plan permissions end if your subscription lapses; you must renew to generate new commercially usable diagrams
We may revoke rights if we discover abuse, reselling, or prohibited content
