How ConceptViz uses cookies and similar technologies.

This Cookie Policy explains how ConceptViz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and related technologies on conceptviz.app. By continuing to browse or use the dashboard, you consent to the use of cookies as described here.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences, secure your session, and understand which features teachers rely on most.
We also use local storage and similar technologies that function like cookies.
Required for the Service to function:
You cannot disable these without breaking the Service.
Remember your locale, dark/light mode, grade-level filters, and other UI choices so you don’t have to reconfigure every visit. You may disable them in your browser, but some personalization will be lost.
Help us understand how STEM teachers use ConceptViz:
Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify specific classrooms.
If you interact with optional chat widgets or announcements, those providers may place cookies to remember your status (open/closed, dismissed, etc.).
We currently do not run third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
We rely on reputable infrastructure and analytics partners. Each partner is contractually limited to using cookie data only to provide services to ConceptViz. We do not allow partners to train public AI models with your prompts or diagrams.
You can control cookies through your browser:
If you block essential cookies, the ConceptViz dashboard may stop working, including login and diagram downloads.
Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal. Standards for responding are still evolving, so ConceptViz currently does not change behavior based on DNT signals. You can control tracking through the cookie settings described above.
We may revise this Cookie Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change whenever we post a new version.
