My Images and History
Find, search, organize and keep the images you made with ConceptViz in Studio and Agent, including folders, deleting images and saving guest images.
Where your images are
Every image you generate while signed in is saved to your account, not to the browser. Sign in on another computer or phone and the same history appears there. Which screen you use depends on the Studio layout your account shows. If you are not sure which one you have, compare the names below with the buttons on your screen.
Studio with a "My images" tab
The simple Studio has two tabs at the top: Create and My images (/studio/images).
- Images are grouped under Today, This week and Earlier. Use Load more at the bottom for older ones.
- Type in Search by prompt to find an image by the words you used to create it.
- If you have created projects, a By project filter appears next to All. Pick a project, or "No project" for images that are not filed anywhere.
- Each card has Open, Edit and Download. An edited image is kept together with the image it came from as numbered versions, so you can go back to an earlier version.
- Images that are still being created sit at the top as "In progress".
Studio with a sidebar
If your Studio has a left sidebar, the Image history list is in it. Use Search images at the top of the sidebar to filter the list. Entries are grouped under Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days and Earlier. The project switcher labelled Generate into chooses where new images are filed and also limits which images the list shows.
Classic Studio
In the classic Studio, open History. The My Diagrams panel supports:
- Search with "Search diagrams..." and Load more.
- Selecting images to download, copy or delete.
- Projects: create a New folder, open a folder, and use Move to folder to file an image into it.
Agent
In Agent, the composer can open Your images. You can search, switch between All and This task, and limit the list to any time, the last 7 days or the last 30 days. Choose images to add to your next request, or download one.
Folders and projects
Folders are for organizing your images. You can create a folder, rename it and move images between folders. An account can have up to 200 folders.
Deleting a folder permanently deletes the folder and every diagram inside it. The confirmation asks you to type the folder name, and the warning says it cannot be undone. Move anything you want to keep out of the folder first.
Deleting an image
In the classic Studio, select an image and choose Delete. After you confirm, the image is permanently deleted from your history and cannot be restored. The classic Studio only offers image deletion to paid accounts; free accounts see a message saying so.
In Agent, Remove from this list only hides the image from the Your images picker. The original stays inside the task where it was made.
There is no trash or undo. Download anything you may want again before deleting it.
How long images are kept
How long your history is kept depends on your plan. The comparison table on the pricing page has a "History storage" row for each product. If an older image no longer appears, it may be past the storage period for the plan it was made on. To keep an image for good, download it.
Images you made before signing in
If you created an image as a guest, sign in or sign up from the prompt to save it. The image is then added to your account and shows up in your history. Without signing in it can expire before it is saved. The first image you claim this way downloads without a watermark.
Search tips
- Search looks at the description you wrote, so use words from your original prompt.
- If a search returns nothing, shorten it or choose Clear search.
- Project filters and search combine: choose a project first, then search inside it.
If something looks wrong
- History is empty: confirm you are signed in with the same account you used before. History belongs to the account, not to the device.
- An image is missing: check the folder or project filter, then clear the search box.
- The list will not load: use Try again. If it keeps failing, use Help & feedback to contact the team.
